Once in a lifetime you should read the books of Osho, you can opt his principles no matter how realistic and unrealistic, are they! His teaching gives new meaning to life. He was the only man in the universe who challenged all the circumstances of traditional ideas, religious, political and international limitation.
He was born in Madhya Pradesh, India in Jainas family. It is said that he refused to breastfeed from his mom for three days from his birth. It had been predicted from the priest that he will die on multiple age of 7 years. He came to know this when he was 14 years, he experimented different theories to proved that the astrological prediction is just fictitious.
He was a rebellious child. He used to challenges different issues to teachers, elders. His life was so dramatic. To convinced him about the principles of religions, politics, international boundaries to him was one of the toughest jobs. He could easily challenge the drawback from them.
He gained much popularity in his college days. In order to connect with followers, His commune set up Ashram in Poona with financial aid from an INGO. In his Ashram, there were unique features: he teaches about absolute determination, sex free life, no boundaries-limitation, one world one humanity.
He was a serious reader it is said that his library consisted of more than 2 lakh books. He had a brilliant brain. One can't imagine how much genius was he? If calculated he read 2-3 books per day. He was the professor of philosophy.
His community moved to the New Oregan, USA a place where a retired people used to live. All this arrangement was done by his sannyasin Maa Shila.
In the USA his community flourished rapidly. There was one incident that put the commune in troubled that was the mass food poisoning. After this incident, his community was destroyed. His final wish was to travel the world but most of the nation (21) banned visa for him. In the USA he was jailed.
His life was full of mystery and inspirational. He was one of the influential saint, Guru of the 20th century.
His death was mysterious some says he was slow poisoned by the US in jail. He left his heavenly body in 1990.
