Nobel peace prize 2018 goes to.....

Norweign Noble Committee awarded the noble peace prize 2018 in Oslo, capital city of Norway to Denis Mukwege of Democratic Republic of Congo and Nadia Murad of Iraq for "their efforts to end the use of sexual voilence as a weapon of war and armed conflicts".

Denis Mukwege
He is famously known as Dr. Miracle. He and his team treated more than 30 thousands women who have been victims of sexual harassment and rape.

Nadia Murad
She is an Iraqi Yazidi, human right activist she was kidnapped by IS in2014 and was the victims of rape and sexual harassment.

She is the founder of Nadia's Initiative, an organization dedicated to "helping women and children victimized by genocide, mass atrocities, and human trafficking to heal and rebuild their lives and communities".

GAUTAM BUDDHA INTERNATIONAL CRICKET STADIUM -NEPAL

Superb news for Nepalese cricket world. The renowned DHURMUSH-SHUNTALI foundation presided by Sitaram Kattel signed a memorandum with the mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan city Renu Dahal in the presence of Prime minister KP Sharna Oli during a programme at City Hall in Kathmandu to construct GAUTAM BUDDHA International cricket stadium in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The cost estimated for the stadium is worth Rs.3 billion. The foundation prepares the stadium within 2 years. The stadium will have Capacity of 25 thousand people along with an indoor stadium, two practice grounds, LED screen all over the stadium and floodlights for the day and night matches. The foundation came in limelight after constructing four model villages in different parts of the country when the country is badly devastated by 2015 earthquake. AUSTRALIAN OPEN 2019:NOVAK DJOKOVIC beats RAFAL NADAL in men's final.

Champion NOVAK DJOKOVIC won seventh AUSTRALIAN open title by defeating clay court master Rafal Nadal. The Serbian world number one dominated the Spanish second seed Rafa to win his 15th grand slam. He scripted world record by winning seventh times Australian open. The previous record was of Legend Roger Federer and Emerson each of 6 titles. He said this is his best ever grand slam final lasting only 2 hours and 15 minutes. These to legends holds the record of longest playing in grand slam final of almost 6 hours that was in 2012.
